一線(xiàn)城市人才流出杭州成為熱門(mén)

Hangzhou is rapidly emerging as the most attractive destination for talents who have left China's first-tier cities, a new report said last Tuesday.

上周二發(fā)布的一份新報(bào)告顯示，對(duì)于離開(kāi)中國(guó)一線(xiàn)城市的人才來(lái)說(shuō)，杭州正迅速成為最具吸引力的目的地。

In the first two months of 2024, 13.7% of jobseekers who have left Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are heading to Hangzhou for new opportunities, according to the report released by the online recruitment platform Boss Zhipin.

在線(xiàn)招聘平臺(tái)Boss直聘發(fā)布的這份報(bào)告顯示，今年前兩個(gè)月，離開(kāi)北京、上海、廣州和深圳的求職者中有13.7%赴杭州尋找新機(jī)會(huì)。

The eastern city is now home to e-commerce giant Alibaba Group and a branch of the country's second largest gaming company NetEase Inc.

這座東部城市目前是電商巨頭阿里巴巴集團(tuán)的總部以及我國(guó)第二大游戲公司網(wǎng)易的分公司所在地。

Also, the local government is rolling out favorable policies to lure talents, including giving household registrations to excellent employees.

Other popular cities among jobseekers include the central city of Wuhan, capital of Hubei province and the southwestern city of Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, the report said.

該報(bào)告稱(chēng)，其他熱門(mén)求職城市還包括湖北省的省會(huì)、中部城市武漢，以及四川省的省會(huì)、西南部城市成都。

According to the report, the overall net talent loss rate in China's big four cities was 0.6 percent in the first two months of 2024, while in the same time frame, the number of job seekers increased 20 percent year-on-year.

據(jù)該報(bào)告透露，在2024年的前兩個(gè)月，中國(guó)四大城市（北上廣深）的凈人才流出率為0.6%，與此同時(shí)，求職人數(shù)同比增長(zhǎng)了20%。
